Realme 11 Pro 5G vs Motorola Edge 40: Price in India, Specifications Compared



The Realme 11 Pro 5G has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,412 pixels) curved display and was released in India on June 8 along with the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G. The smartphone is available in three color options and features a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of internal storage. In the meantime, in May 2023, the Motorola Edge 40 was introduced in India. It is equipped with a single configuration of RAM and storage and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC. Additionally, there are three colors available for this smartphone.

 The Realme 11 Pro 5G, which was introduced in India this month, is available with a variety of RAM and storage options. The variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage costs Rs. 23,999. The 8GB RAM models come with 256GB of storage and cost Rs. 24,999, while the option with 12GB of RAM costs Rs. 27,999. The smartphone is available in Astral Black, Oasis Green, and Sunrise Beige colors.

The Motorola Edge 40, on the other hand, was introduced a month ago. It comes with 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM and costs Rs. 29,999. Additionally, this phone is available in Eclipse Black, Lunar Blue, and Nebula Green color options.

 Comparison of the Features Both of the mid-range smartphones have a dual camera setup, but the sensors are different. The Realme 11 Pro 5G has a primary sensor with 100 megapixels and a secondary sensor with 2 megapixels. In addition, the smartphone has a punch-hole slot on top of the display that is centrally aligned and houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

However, the Motorola Edge 40's camera system is led by a primary sensor with 50 megapixels and a 13 megapixel ultrawide-angle camera. The smartphone features a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for video and selfies.

The Realme smartphones are powered by an octa-core 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, while the Motorola Edge 40 is powered by a Dimensity 8020 SoC.
